Plastic or steel?

Polypropylene and structural-foam carts don't rust, dent or chip, and they're quieter. Steel carts usually add a lockable drawer and pegboard sides, but the paint can chip and the steel can rust in a damp garage.

How much weight do I need?

Do locking casters matter?
